The official merchant app for Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp sales. Built with Capacitor for Android. Your inbox and catalog stay live — when we update the desk, the app updates automatically.
Download the Android package here. Allow install from this browser when Android asks. Desk features still update live after install. Package com.itdestination.itdassistant.
Open this page on your phone with the QR code, then install the Android APK.
The Android app opens your live merchant desk. Product catalog, AI replies, inbox, orders, and Super Admin desk changes apply the moment we deploy — no waiting for a new store release. A new APK is only needed for native shell changes (icon, splash, permissions, push).
